Bolton Move into Contention

Rafael Benitez insists his side can still claim fourth and the final Champions League qualification slot. The Reds dropped to sixth after a draw with Spurs and are now behind Everton and Bolton, who went fifth after a win at Charlton.

The bookies though still see Everton as the most likely to finish top without the big three – Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U. Paddy Power offer the best price of 11/10.  Liverpool have been pushed out to 5/2, while Bolton are available at 7/2.

At the other end of the table and the odds layers make are undecided on whether West Brom or Southampton will most likely be joining Norwich and Crystal Palace. Bet365 offer 4/6 on the Saints and Baggies dropping a division.

On Tuesday night Bolton play Southampton at home – victory for Sam Allardyce's team would put enormous pressure on Everton who take on Man U on Wednesday evening. A Saints victory would pull the club out of the bottom three.

The big game of the week is on Wednesday night when Arsenal make the short trip to Stamford Bridge to take on the soon to be crowned champions.
