Despite not doing much in the way of gambling, Hollywood film star Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted spending hours in a casino on a recent trip to Morocco.
The star of Titanic and Romeo and Juliet was staying at Marrakech's Es Saadi Gardens and Resort, and decided to chance his hand at the hotel's casino, but seemed to want to do so without any attention from the general public.
A source told a local newspaper that DiCaprio had attempted to hide his identity and would have got away with it too, if he hadn't been spotted by a little boy who recognised him in the casino.
One casino-goer told the newspaper: "His face was hidden under a large baseball cap and nobody seemed to realise it was him. He only got rumbled when a little boy recognised him."
It seems that while the 33-year-old had not bet on being spotted by the little boy, neither was he in the mood to gamble his vast Hollywood fortune away and throughout his stint in the casino he kept his bets to a minimum.
The source revealed: "People obviously expected a Hollywood superstar to be laying down some big bets but it turned out he wasn't much of a gambler. He didn't seem to pay out much at all."
DiCaprio was in Morocco for the Marrakech Film Festival where he was awarded the Golden Star Award for his acting work by film director and friend Martin Scorsese.
