Terms and Conditions

The successful entrant each month will be determined in accordance with these rules and the procedure

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
2. The 'Caribbean Poker Classic' Affiliate promotion will run from 01:00 GMT on the first day of the month to 00:00 GMT on the last day of the month of November.
3. The winner will be confirmed as the affiliate with the highest number of points accumulated under the 'Points Allocation' description included on www.partnerlogic.com. The way points are allocated can be changed or amended at anytime by PartnerLogic without prior notice.
4. The duration month of the promotion these rules can be reviewed at anytime and can be withdrawn at anytime.
5. There will be only one main prize-winner who will receive an all expenses paid vacation for you and a partner to the Caribbean to watch the $1,000,000 Caribbean Poker Classic Tour. A cash alternative of $2,000 is available on request. There will be no runners up prizes.
6. All travel included in the main prizes will be allocated from the airport closest to the winners main place of residence. The winners will be contacted by PartnerLogic.
7. No entrant can select an alternative prize; however PartnerLogic reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value or to offer a cash alternative.
8. Employees and agents of PartnerLogic, or their associated companies are not eligible to enter, nor are members of their families or households.
9. PartnerLogic's decision shall be final. It also reserves the right to disqualify any affiliate or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the rules or the intention of the promotion, and it will declare as void any or all claims based on such conduct. PartnerLogic has the right to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; or to cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond PartnerLogic's reasonable control. No correspondence will be entered into.
