Manchester United are the 4/6 favourites to come out on top in Moscow in the first all-English Champions League final when they meet Chelsea on May 21.

Chelsea set up the Red Square showdown after a thrilling 3-2 extra-time win over Liverpool in the second leg of their semi-final at Stamford Bridge. Much criticised striker Didier Drogba scored the Blues' first goal to give them a 2-1 aggregate lead which left Chelsea 1/8 in-running to go through to the final.

Fernando Torres equalised for Liverpool early in the second half to level the game at 1-1 and because both sides had an away goal the tie went into extra-time. Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard scored a penalty in the first period to put Chelsea back into the lead before Drogba secured the tie with his second of the night.

Liverpool were then denied a clear-cut penalty when Sami Hyypia, who had given away a penalty earlier in the game, was felled by Drogba before the Reds earnt a consolation when Ryan Babel's long-range shot embarassed Petr Cech in the Chelsea goal.

Avram Grant's side are the 11/10 outsiders to lift the trophy for the first time and 15/8 to win it in 90 minutes. United are 6/4 to get the job done in regulation time while a draw at the end of 90 minutes is 2/1.

United had booked their place in the final on the previous evening when a Paul Scholes strike steered them into the final. Scholes missed the final nine years ago when United lifted the trophy due to a ban, but his manager Sir Alex Ferguson has already pledged that the veteran midfielder will be the first name on the teamshet this time out in Moscow.

Bookmakers are expecting that an all-English Champions League final will smash all betting records for an individual football match, claiming the Moscow match will be bigger than any other Champions League final, FA Cup final or even World Cup final.
