Norwich to beat Newcastle

We begin a busy night of Premiership football with Norwich City who can continue their recent good form with a victory over struggling Newcastle United.

A week ago the Magpies were extremely optimistic of progressing in at least one competition. However, two consecutive 4-1 defeats against Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United in the space of four days have shattered those dreams.

It now means Newcastle have very little to play for and so it wouldn’t be a major surprise to see the Northeast club limp their way towards the finish line.

Norwich go into the game rooted to the foot of the table, but boosted by a sensational 2-0 victory over Manchester United in their last home game, and a fighting display in the 3-3 draw at Crystal Palace.

In the evening’s big game (live on Sky Sports), Chelsea know victory against rivals Arsenal would leave them just three points away from winning the Premiership.

However, the Gunners have not been beaten by Chelsea in 18 league meetings, winning 10 and drawing eight. They've won four and drawn four of their last eight League visits to Stamford Bridge. 

Sol Campbell returns to Arsenal's squad after an ankle injury. Thierry Henry is definitely out alongside Gael Clichy, Freddie Ljungberg and Matthieu Flamini.
