Paris to check in on Celebrity BB?

Ron Jeremy, Flavor Flav, Brigette Nielsen and Jackie Stallone have all graced our TV sets in recent years as part of the payday that is Celebrity Big Brother but this year the organisers may have even outshone those luminaries with the appearance of former jail-bird and socialite Paris Hilton.

Ladbrokes go even money that Hilton, who shot to fame courtesy of a night of passion and a well-placed video camera, will appear in the next series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Reports suggest that Channel 4 chiefs have issued a 'name your price' offer to the hotel heiress. And bookies reckon the controversial socialite could be tempted given that she is hardly busy on other projects after a failed shot at a pop career and a period in jail after she had one too many shandies and decided to drive home.

It could be a smart move for the blonde babe as she is not as well known in the UK as she might think and a spell on the C4 show could add to her popularity over the pond and who knows may even clear up the many questions that continue to dog the socialite like 'is your IQ really below that of a 4-year-olds?' or 'how come you were caught having sex on camera again when you said the first time was a mistake?'  

Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: "Paris Hilton would be a major coup for desperate C4 execs. But will the pampered princess be prepared to slum it? It could be the shortest BB stint in history."
