Oops Britney did it again and with personal tales from her former bodyguard of how the fallen teen idol likes to parade nude in front of staff and has a 'problem' with certain substances we got to see a bit too much of her this weekend in one newspaper. In sport we got to see a Mourinho-less Chelsea - how did our bets fare and what lies ahead in the world of betting this week?

Football: Aving a laugh?
New Chelsea manager Avram Grant matched one of his predecessors records by losing to Manchester United something that Jose Mourinho only did once during his three years in charge. Grant oversaw a 2-0 defeat as Utd's Carlos Tevez scored his first for the club - a thing of beauty which is something that can't be said for Carlos - and a Louis Saha penalty put paid to the Blues challenge. The whole sorry mess was watched by Roman Abramovich and sat behind him was Marco van Basten - feeling secure in the job Avram? Elsewhere Arsenal are top after a five-goal dismantling of Derby, Liverpool failed to break the deadlock against Birmingham and the knives were out again for both Sammy Lee and Martin Jol as Bolton and Spurs could only draw.

Cricket: Australia lose match
Something that doesn't happen very often in a major tournament occurred at Durban on Saturday when the Aussies lost in the Twenty20 semi-final against India. Yuvraj was again India's star with the bat while Australia lost their way in the run chase losing key wickets when the ask was 30 off three overs. In the earlier semi Pakistan had chased down New Zealand's total without breaking sweat.

Golf: Westwood on song
Lee Westwood produced a final round 65 to win the British Masters by five shots. After battling Ian Poulter and Mark Foster for most of the day, Westwood surged away with a 30-foot putt on the 16th and then eagled the 17th for his second win of the season and 18th European title of his career.

Rugby: England set up winner-takes-all clash
Inspired by two Martin Corry tries and a Paul Sackey brace England saw off a spirited Samoa display to win 44-22 and get their World Cup back on track. Brian Ashton's team must now beat Tonga to set up a quarter-final clash against Australia. Elsewhere Ireland were easily beaten by France on Friday night while Frank Hadden's decision to play a second-string against New Zealand came unstuck as Scotland were beaten 40-0.
