The main competition prize as advertised is the equivalent of US$60,000 in Pounds, Euros or Canadian Dollars as calculated using the relevant exchange rate on February 2, 2007, rounded to the nearest 100. The relevant exchange rate on the day of the final event award dinner will be used to calculate the monthly prize amount. This amount will be deposited into the winner’s nominated Fortune Lounge account's cash balance, on the 1st of each month.

The casino credit prizes will be distributed throughout the course of the promotion and the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group. The casino credit prizes will be published in US (United States) Dollars. Should a prize winner participate on a non US Dollar casino, the prize will be adjusted to an equivalent value in British Pounds or Euros, whichever is applicable. The foreign exchange rate will be decided by the Fortune Lounge group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The final twenty five ticket holders will be notified via email and telephonically within 4 (four) working days of the announcements of the winners of each competition. Should we be unable to confirm the award of a ticket with the winning player, the ticket may be forfeited and a new player will be selected to take the relevant ticket. The new player selection will be at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group.

The Fortune Lounge group's decision on the award of the final 25 (twenty five) ticket holders shall be final and binding on all parties. No member of the Fortune Lounge group management shall enter into any correspondence in this regard.

The final 25 (twenty five) ticket holders must attend the final event in order to qualify to claim any final event prize. If player(s) do not attend such event, their ticket will be forfeited. The Fortune Lounge group reserves the right to change the nature, date and format of this final event, without notice.

The final 25 (twenty five) players agree that their names and photographs may be used in any promotional material by the Fortune Lounge group.

Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition. The Fortune Lounge group will reimburse players for the reasonable economy class flights of the player and 1 (one) partner to the final event. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the final event.
